1. Cancellation and Refunds

The following terms and conditions apply if you are a consumer purchasing any product from us. If you are not a customer, they do not apply to you.
Except in cases where the products are damaged, we are unable to enable cancellation or return of custom-made items.
If any of the Products are defective, you will only be eligible for a refund or replacement—and only in accordance with these Terms.
Before we ship out your order, you have the option to cancel it. In that case, we’ll reimburse you the whole amount you paid using the original payment method.
The product is in the following condition:
  • is presented to you with flaws; or
  • sustained damage while in transit,
To set up a return, you must notify us via email at contact@lanamade.com as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. If there is a problem, we could ask for pictures. You can only return the product once you’ve heard from us. We will cover the fair return shipping charges.
You acknowledge that we may use email to verify the details of the agreement between you and us and the product we are selling for the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations of 2013.
You can forfeit your entitlement to a refund if you don’t follow these guidelines.
We will gladly arrange for carriage (at your expense) for any returns, which should be delivered to the address we provide when we acknowledge your request.
When emailing us, you must provide the order number, date of purchase, name, and address, as well as the product you are returning.

2. Definitions

Buyer: The one who agrees to purchase the items from the seller.
Circumstances: The terms and conditions of sale contained in this statement, as well as any additional terms and conditions that the seller has agreed to in writing.
Goods: The items that the buyer and seller agree to purchase from one another.

3. Conditions

  • The agreement between the seller and the buyer on the sale of products shall be based on these terms, to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, including standard purchase conditions from the buyer or any other terms that the buyer may claim and implement in accordance with any purchase order, order confirmation, or other document.
  • All orders for products will be considered as an offer by the buyer to buy products from the seller in accordance with these terms.
  • Acceptance of the products upon delivery will be considered as proof sufficient of the buyer’s agreement to these terms.
  • The whole agreement between the seller and the buyer is included in these terms. They take precedence over any other previously published terms.

4. Cost

The price will be the set amount indicated in the seller’s webshop confirmation. The cost does not include delivery fees. Delivery fees are quoted individually.

5. Payment

The buyer agrees to pay all invoices in full and waives any right of set-off or counterclaim with regard to invoices that the seller submits.

6. Products

  • The goods’ quantity and description must match those specified in the seller’s order confirmation.
  • The amount, description, and photographic images that are shown on the online store are only suggestions. While every effort is made to offer as much information as possible, there may occasionally be variations.
  • As part of our commitment to guaranteeing the authenticity of our products, every product includes details about the production facility, such as an email address, phone number, and the address where the product was made. The purpose of this information is to enable customers to confirm the authenticity of the products they have purchased quickly.
  • Medical Guidance: It is highly advised that only licensed experts with training and experience in using these goods use the ones that are provided. We don’t provide management or usage instructions for our products, medical aesthetics, or devices because we don’t have information about the medical histories and health situations of our consumers. In addition, we advise that anyone with questions or concerns regarding the use of these goods visit a medical practitioner. Please be advised that Lanamade is not liable for any harm or response resulting from improper use of these items.

7. Guarantees

The vendor guarantees that the items will match the description provided in the order confirmation when they are delivered.

8. Delivery of the merchandise

  • Delivery of the items will take place as agreed upon in advance of any delivery arrangement and will be sent to the buyer’s address listed in their account. The buyer is responsible for making all required preparations to accept delivery of the goods on the day the seller notifies them to be delivered.
  • The purchaser will receive a separate email with the tracking number. When the goods are delivered, the buyer must track their package and be home to sign and accept the items.
  • Everything passes customs inspections, and everything is as it should be.
  • You will be notified if the package still needs to be released and if customs is holding it for additional inspection.
  • Regarding the modernization of cross-border VAT e-commerce.
  • We want to notify you that import tax is applicable to items you buy online from foreign sites. As a result, depending on your jurisdiction, your purchases from Lanamade can fit into a certain category and need you to pay taxes. Please be advised that taxes are not included in the amount of your order with us.
  • Ice packs and a polystyrene box contain the toxins. Because the package is well-insulated and airtight, even if the ice packs melt during transit, the temperature will still be below 8°C. You can tolerate this temperature for seven or eight days. Even with appropriate packaging, things could arrive in warm or even scorching circumstances throughout the summer. Our expertise and test results indicate that there could be a 10% reduction in the product’s efficiency. Requests for returns or refunds due to temperature are not accepted. Kindly make the transaction at your discretion.
  • A video of your unpacking procedure is required if you would like to file a claim for missing products.
  • If your package has yet to arrive, we suggest following these instructions.
  • Please use the tracking number you were given to follow the package.
  • If the logistics website indicates that your package is at the pickup location, you should contact your local carrier immediately. We do not provide any compensation if the package is at the pickup location ready for the customer to pick it up, but the recipient still needs to do so, and it has been returned.
  • Please email us at info@lanamade.com if, at least three days after the shipment date, you are unable to monitor your package for valid reasons.
  • We will request that the logistics look into your package as soon as we receive an email.
  • Crucial! A two-week investigation may take place. We are only able to proceed with your case after the 14-day mark.

9. Replacements, Returns, And Refunds

Only in the situations listed below do we start the refund, return, or replacement process:
  • I received the incorrect item.
  • Product Not Found in Order
  • Defective Item
  • Within thirty days after the delivery date, the issue should be reported. If no issues are raised after this time, we will officially mark the transaction as closed.
  • Buyer’s Easy Regret
  • When a consumer contacts us within 30 days after the delivery date to return an item, they can get a refund. If the items are in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged, we can accept them back. We will not pay the cost of the return. We will give you the return address if you agree.

10. If the product doesn't produce the expected results, how can I get a refund?

Please be warned that all goods offered on Lanamade are meant for use by medical experts only, as Lanamade has recently received a number of unfounded requests for refunds and replacements. Lanamade disclaims any liability regarding the performance of its products in the event that an inexperienced or uncertified individual uses them incorrectly or improperly, which could lead to undesirable results and performance. In order to process a refund, Lanamade needs to send a complete video recording of the customer’s unpacking and usage of the product, which validates the customer’s claim and assists in determining the root of the issue. There is no reimbursement available if a video recording is not supplied.

11. Get a damaged package

Every product is carefully packaged and dispatched from our end. Sadly, we have no authority over shipping providers and are unable to provide a refund if the packaging is destroyed for any reason. It does not qualify as a damaged item when you receive a damaged package, but the goods within the box still need to be returned. Therefore, there isn’t a replacement, store credit, or refund. We accept claims only if the product is damaged and still inside the box.

12. Obtaining a damaged or broken saline

If you order any goods that require mixing with saline, we will give you a complimentary bag of saline. But there’s a chance that the saline package will go missing, break, or sustain damage in transit. You are giving up free saline to encourage the use of goods that require saline mixing. That being said, we neither refund the money with saline as a credit to your account nor replace any lost, broken, or damaged vials. Saline is easily accessible at pharmacies; you can get it online or at your neighborhood drugstore. If the saline is broken, missing, or costs more to reship than $3, we will refund the difference as store credit or reship it with your next order. This is because reshipping saline alone is quite expensive. We will, however, make every effort to avoid this by properly packaging. We respectfully ask for your understanding if that does occur.
You can send an email to info@lanamade.com to request a return or refund, along with a photo of the defective or unopened item and a note explaining why it has to be returned.

12. Acceptance of the Products

  • Within 24 hours of the products being delivered to the buyer, the buyer will be considered to have accepted them.
  • As soon as it is reasonably practicable after delivery, the buyer must thoroughly inspect the products and notify the seller verbally or by email of any faults that a reasonable examination would have discovered on the day the items are delivered.
  • The buyer shall only be permitted to accept goods that comply with this statement if the customer has accepted or is presumed to have accepted the items.

13. Title And Possible Risk

  • When placing a purchase through the website, the buyer assumes all risks.
  • When the items are delivered to the buyer’s address, the risk is transferred.
  • The buyer will retain the goods as bailed for the seller until the title passes, and they will be stored or marked to ensure that they are always identifiable as the seller’s property.
  • Even though the buyer still needs to get title to the items, the seller may nonetheless pursue payment for the cost of the products.

  • The purpose of the review section is to improve our Service. Please feel free to provide feedback if our Service has caused you any inconvenience. Reviews that, however, mention products not on our list or other suppliers by name will be immediately removed from this section.
  • Your first name will appear in our reviews section after you write a review; we won’t display your full name due to privacy concerns.
  • Please, just please, be understanding.
  • Photos and videos that you kindly share with us will appear in the review section for each product.
  • Shared images and videos can serve as our marketing resources and be used as content for social media posts. The image’s eye portion will be obscured.
  • You must accept our terms in order to upload your review. When we utilize and post your photos or videos, we don’t notify you beforehand.
